Zaibuza is defeated, but with his last bit of strength manages to fight his way through the mercenaries to kill their leader. With a little magic and help from the town the ninjas manage to scare away what is left of the mercenaries. With his last breath Zaibuza is brought back to his student Haku. Sasuke is alive and the ninja team bury Haku and Zaibuza. The teams’ mission is fnally complete.
